Introduction to EC mirror:
Electrochromic lenses, also known as EC lenses, are composed of conductive glass, adhesives, electrochromic materials, metal electrodes and other components. It is a lens with electrification and color changing function. The lens is electrified to reduce the light reflected by the lens to the naked eye of the human body and has an anti-glare effect. It is currently mainly used in the fields of automobiles, aviation, and construction.

The first surface:The uppermost surface (external surface) of the first layer of lens;
Second surface:The bottom surface of the first layer of lens, the surface is covered with a transparent conductive coating;
The third surface:The uppermost surface of the second layer of lens is covered by conductive coating and/or reflective coating;
Fourth surface:The uppermost surface of the second lens, the back (lowermost) of the lens.



     The content of this specification applies to the borderless EC endoscopy products produced by Ningbo Niruo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
Inspection requirements:
     The overall ambient illuminance of the inspection area is 500+100Lx. There should be no direct light or flash source on the surface of the lens. The light source should simulate natural daylight conditions. The lens should be placed 500±50mm away from the eye, and the lens should be rotated from 60-30° for visual inspection for 10S. (As shown in the figure below), the surface of the inspection time must not have defects such as bubbles, pits, cloud spots, deformation, scratches, etc. (See Table 1, 2 and 3 for appearance quantification requirements)
Thickness size:
     The thickness is 4.6±0.15mm, and the external dimensions can be produced according to the customer's drawings.
